We finally made the tough call and decided we better head back up to the rain and cold of Seattle. We did consider staying another four months but my husband's employer is starting to look for him. We had a great time and the support we got from Chris in maintenance was great. We'll definitely recommend Specialty Lodging to our friends.

NEVER Got back to you; loved the Signature! We will return, and keep us informed if you get another unit available there to rent!We LIKED the pool and amenities, but would be nice to be closer to the larger pool. The smaller one near us was not heated, but BBQ grills we did use.
THANKS, we LOVED that area! Perfect for hiking, and biking, and the girls used the Horizon park for playtime, plus we even started them on tennis there at those public courts. Again, Francis, you were a GEM for us in listening to our needs, and getting us a condo in a WONDERFUL location for our 4-day-away-from-arriving-in-MARCH desperation. We appreciate your returning our phone calls so promptly, too, when we were TRYING to stay another few nights. Didn’t work out, but maybe, longer next time? LOVED IT,

Hi!
We rented a beautiful home this year for about 2 weeks at the end of March. I don't see it on your rental list this year. But please look us up so you can tell which home we rented. We are looking for the same quality home with 3-4 bedrooms and its own private heated pool. Our last rental worked well due to the people who visited us. This year we're looking for a rental that has a little different arrangement. The extra 2 bedrooms (other than the master) can share a bath, just not the arrangement that we had this year. Each bedroom had its own sink and mirror, but shared the toilet and tub/shower. We'd like one that has a whole separate bathroom apart from the bedrooms. Any ideas? We're interested in renting 3/15/09 - 3/31/09.

Thank you for your speedy answer and the proposals! That is what I call SERVICE!
Not because it is the most reasonable priced, but because it is right on the golf course, I would like to hold the first option. What do we need to do, to do so?
Also, if we take this place, is there a special on the Troon course? Let me know how we can proceed.

Just a quick note to let you know all is in order in regards to my check out today -- Wed, Sept 10th. I will be dropping off the keys before noon today at your offices -- the car rental with Enterprise on Raintree was turned in yesterday. Thanks for arranging that also and in general thank you for making this month a great experience. Chris was great about responding to some of the house issues. The house was everything we needed and it was a great home and visit with my kids, family and friends.
